Where can I find the documentation for IBM® Rational® ClearCase MultiSite® Administration WEB Console (MSWeb) and the Sync Manager functionality?

The following reference sources are available for the ClearCase MultiSite Administration WEB Console and ClearCase MultiSite Synchronization Manager functionality.


Note: For ClearCase 2003.06 these sources will be available after installing Service Release 4 (2003.06.14) or later on Windows® or patches multisite_p2003.06.00-6 or multisite_p2003.06.10-6 or later on UNIX® or Linux®. For ClearCase 7.0, this information has been incorporated into the ClearCase MultiSite Administrators Guide.

INSTALLED DOCUMENTATION

IBM Rational ClearCase Documentation Supplement (cpf_supplement.pdf) located in the following directories.

  • UNIX® and Linux®: /opt/rational/clearcase/doc/books
  • Microsoft® Windows®: C:\Program Files\Rational\ClearCase\doc\books

    • This documentation includes the following information:

    - Command Reference pages with details about the new synchronization management commands

    - Changes to the syncreplica command to support the new synchronization management features

    - Instructions for setting up the synchronization manager and ClearCase MultiSite Administration WEB Console environment.
