Error description

• You are planning your DB2 V10 upgrade and run DB2 migration
  utility DSNTIJPM. It flags CICS REXX DB2 plan CICSQLP1 as
  invalid because it was bound using DBRM as input. This method
  of binding a plan is no longer supported by DB2 V10.

  In the above location, it states the following will not be
  supported:
  .
      Existence of plans that contain DBRMs, meaning that they
      were created using the MEMBER option of the BIND PLAN
      command. Such plans are not supported in Version 10, and
      will be disallowed in a future release. To convert these
      plans, use the REBIND PLAN statement with the COLLID
      option. You also need to update the BIND statements that
      are used to create these plans to use packages.

  its DB2 plan.

  JCL CICBIND located in SCICJCL data set. This JCL is used to
  BIND PLAN CICSQLP1. From DB2 V10 support for DBRMs bound into
  PLANs has been removed, and the JCL needs to be converted to
  use packages.
