Error description

• The CICS REXX code contains
  terminology that is used in contexts that might promote racial
  and cultural bias. APAR OA60898 removes and replaces these
  terms. Although this PTF will not influence product
  functionality, applying this PTF is highly encouraged for the
  following reasons:
  To eliminate discriminatory language from product code and
  content
  To stay updated with the latest wording and terminology that are
  used to describe product features and functionality
