Error description

• You migrated to  CICS Transaction server 5.4 and start
  receiving the following errors:
  
  DFHWB0002 A severe error (code X'0322') has occurred in module
            DFHWBAP
  
  DFHWB0761 CWXN An attempt to send a static response has
            failed due to an internal error.
            Client IP address:nnn.nn.n.nn. TCPIPSERVICE: service
  
  A dump on the WB0002 shows the following trace entries leading
  up to the error:

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHWB0002 Severe Error X'0322' when     *
  *                      processing a HTTP HEAD request for a    *
  *                      static text file.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  A HTTP HEAD request is sent into CICS for a static text file.
  CICS has to perform codepage conversion of the file to determine
  the correct Content-Length value to return.  PI82872 changed
  DFHWBSR to not actually read the file so the buffer used for
  the codepage conversion is unallocated and uninitialised.  If
  the buffer contents get updated by a different task then the
  codepage conversion call can fail and a DFHWB0002 severe error
  code(x'0322') message and dump will be issued.
