  After applying PI89039 DFHFCVS starts issuing DFHFC0313I
  messages with a component code insert of X'02' or X'04'.  These
  component codes do not indicate an error so this message should
  not be issued.  DFHFC0314I may also be issued.

Problem conclusion

• UI54412
  DFHFCVS has been updated so that DFHFC0313I is not issued if the
  component code returned by VSAM is X'02' or X'04'.
  
  The CICS Transaction Server for VSE/ESA Messages and Codes
  Release 1 GC34-5561-08 manual should be changed to remove the
  codes x'00', x'02' and x'04' from the explanation of message
  DFHFC0313.  The possible values and corresponding error
  locations should be listed as follows:
  - X'01' - base cluster.
  - X'03' - alternate index.
  - X'05' - upgrade set.
