  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHFC0313I messages issued with         *
  *                      component code X'02' or X'04'.          *
  ****************************************************************
  After applying PI94223 DFHFCVS starts issuing DFHFC0313I
  messages with a component code insert of X'02' or X'04'.
  These component codes do not indicate an error so this message
  should not be issued.  DFHFC0314I may also be issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• UI54745 UI54746
  DFHFCVS has been updated so that DFHFC0313I is not issued if the
  component code returned by VSAM is X'02' or X'04'.
  
  The z/VSE Messages and Codes Volume 3 Version 6 Release 1
  SC34-2684-00 and Version 6 Release 2 SC34-2684-01 manuals should
  be changed to remove the codes x'00', x'02' and x'04' from the
  explanation of message DFHFC0313.  The possible values and
  corresponding error locations should be listed as follows:
  - X'01' - base cluster.
  - X'03' - alternate index.
  - X'05' - upgrade set.
