Error description

• Applications fail with AJ04 caused by a
  java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError for class
  com.ibm.cics.osgi.TaskAlreadyBoundException.

  *                      TaskAlreadyBoundException when using    *
  *                      IsCICS.java in a classpath JVM server.  *
  ****************************************************************
  A classpath JVM server attempts to use the IsCICS.java class,
  this could be either an application or system code. When IsCICS
  is loaded by the JVM it attempts to load all of its required
  Exception classes.  This causes a NoClassDefFoundError to occur
  and the task abends with AJ05.
