When WUI View editor is used to customize an existing view, and
create a link from a field on the view to a target view in a
different view set, a field of the target view could be selected
as a filter to minimize the records being displayed on the
    target view.

When a field of the target view was chosen on the WUI View
Editor, method EYU0VE2A is driven to populate the screen
containing all the information related to that filter, including
attribute filter operator, filter value etc. The filter value
can be either a fixed CVDA value or an attribute value from
    the same view.

To retrieve the CVDA attribute value for the filter, an EXEC
CPSM GETDEF request was sent over to the CMAS. However, the
resource name is not set properly. As a result, the validation
of the attribute and the resource fails, and error message
    EYUVE1001E was displayed.

Problem conclusion

  • Module EYU0VE2A has been updated to set the resource properly.
