Error description

• You are running with CICS TS 5.1 or 5.2, and receive a dump on
  the message:

  DFHMP0002 A severe error (code X'070A') occurred in module
   DFHMPAC.
  .
  The problem occurs at task termination when DFHERM calls
  DFHMPAC because the task has exceeded the CPU limit defined by
  one of the policy rules. This policy's action is to put out an
  event, but event capture failed, leading to the DFHMP0002 070A
  error.

  The RMDM FUNCTION(INQUIRE_LOCAL_LU_NAME) call noted in the
  exception trace entry actually completed normally. It is a
  DFHPGISI INQUIRE_CURRENT_PROGRAM request that fails because the
  task exceeded the CPU threshold at task termination, and there
  is no longer a current program active for the task.

  A running task has accumulated enough CPU time to breach the
  threshold on a CPUTIME policy limit. The customer has chosen
  to emit an event when policy limit is exceeded. In order to
  build the event, CICS needs some context information, including
  the current program name. When the policy limit is checked at
  the beginning of end of task TRUE processing there is no current
  program. This leads to some severe error diagnostics being
  collected by DFHMPAC, and culminates in the DFHMP0002 message
  being issued.

  DFHMPAC has been altered so that, in the case where there is no
  current program name, spaces are used instead, allowing event
