Error description
CICS issued the message DFHMQ0119D after a CICS AOR goes down: ---------------------------------------------------------------- DFHDB8122I CICS is about to disconnect from DBCTL for CICS shutdown. DFHDB8123I CICS disconnection from DBCTL for CICS shutdown has completed successfully. DFHMQ0119D CICS detected an IRC failure. Cannot start transaction F0EH. DFHMQ0107 I A request to end CKTI has been received. CKTI ended. DFHMQ0392 I Stop requested for mqmonitor INITQ, transaction CKTI. ---------------------------------------------------------------- When MROFSE=YES, CICS working as designed. This type of issue is not specific to CKTI. It can happen to any user transaction. The CKTI task cannot do very much about this when this situation happen other than reporting the issue via message DFHMQ0119D. When this type of issue happen, the DISTRIBUTED DYNAMIC ROUTING PROGRAM, in the customer case EYU9XLOP, could have decided of another action instead of returning a return code of 8 in DYRRETC (ABORT). When an AOR goes down, this should be handle by the DISTRIBUTED ROUTING PROGRAM and not by changing DFHMQTSK. An alternative is specified MROFSE=NO and allowed the mirror task to terminate and the session to be FREE. The next request will cause an ALLOCATE to the same AOR to failed which may be easier to be handle by the DISTRIBUTED ROUTING PROGRAM than the AZI4 abend and reroute the request to a different AOR. But MROFSE is set to NO. The mirror task is not terminating and freeing the session, in spite of the MROFSE=NO.
