* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The APPLY of the PTF for APAR PH15982   *
*                      will DELETE load module DFHEIQSK.       *
****************************************************************
A packaging error in the CICS TS V 5.4 PTF for APAR PH15982
means that the APPLY of UI65858 will delete the load
module DFHEIQSK but will not re-link it back into SDFHLOAD.
The CICS TS V5.2 and V5.3 PTFs (UI65859 and UI65860) have been
cancelled and are superseded by this APAR's PTFs.

    



Problem conclusion

DFHEIQSK has been included in the PTFs along with its JCLIN to
ensure that it is re-linked into SDFHLOAD.
