Error description

  • You are using the WUI to explore workload setup. You navigate
to one of the following views:
    .
"Complete active target region details" view
    EYUSTARTWLMATARG.TABULAR3
    .
    .
    "Active target regions" view
    EYUSTARTWLMATARG.TABULAR
    .
You find that some target regions show a workload count of
zero, even though they do not meet the criteria documenting one
of the situations where this might occur. This anomaly may
happen if the CMAS to which they are connected manages any
workload that happens not to have any active target regions at
    that moment.
    .

Local fix

  • Bring up at least one target region in all the workloads that
    the connecting CMAS manages.

Module EYU0WABB (WABB - Browse Active Target Regions) calls
module EYU0WABA (WABA - Browse AORs in Active Workload) to de-
termine the number of workloads which route to a target region.
A logic error in EYU0WABA causes no data to be returned if the
CMAS to which a target region connects manages any workload that
does not have an active target region at that moment.

Problem conclusion

  • Module EYU0WABA was modified to continue processing the next
workload if no active target regions are found for a workload.
