Error description

• msgDFHWB0101 DFHWB0101 is produced when client-side sends in
  DBCS characters. A '&' x50 resides within these DBCS data and
  causes this problem.

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  An application issues an EXEC CICS WEB READ FORMFIELD command
  specifying a HOSTCODEPAGE of 937 (EBCDIC simplified Chinese -
  a DBCS codepage.)
  DFHWBFM is called to parse the form. DFHWBFM incorrectly
  determines that the data is in an SBCS codepage so ignores
  the shift out and shift in characters and processes DBCS
  characters as single bytes.  In this case a x'50' is found.
  This is an EBCDIC ampersand ('&') and is incorrectly treated
  as a field delimiter when in fact it is part of a valid
  DBCS character. DFHWBFM expects to find an equals sign
  within the data following a field delimiter, but as the
  x'50' is not really a field delimiter, no equals sign is
  found and it returns a FORMS_DECODE_ERROR. This in turn
  results in the reported msgDFHWB0101

• DFHWBFM has been changed to treat any EBCDIC codepage as
  potentially DBCS.
