PI14374: DFHDP0200 MESSAGE RUNNING THE CADP TRANSACTION

Error description

• You are running CICS Transaction server 5.1 and doing some
  work with RDz to test the integrated debugger.   When you run
  the CADP transaction to recreate a profile,  you receive the
  following message:
  DFHDP0200 Debug Tool is back level. Compiled Debugging
                      profiles may be defined but not used on
                      this system.
  This should not be issued in this case, and can be safely
  ignored.

  When CADP transaction is started, CICS debug profile manager
  first checks the version of the IBM Debug Tools installed.
  If no suitable level of IBM Debug Tool (at least v3.1) is found,
  message DFHDP0200 is issued.

Problem conclusion

• Modules DFHDPDUF, DFHDPLU, DFHDPWL and DFHDPXM have been changed
  to remove the code to check the version of IBM Debug Tool.
