  Looking at the SYSMOD JCI6803 and UI12845, the HOLD_ERR in
  JCI6803 is AI05213, but the SUP in UI12845 is EI05213.
  .
  The problem is that CICS should always contain a SUP for a
  possible Acnnnnnn ++APAR as well as any others. We do not see
  this all the time because most PTFs CICS ships will contain a
  base FMID part and the PTF build process would automatically
  add an Acnnnnn SUP.  But these two PTFs do not have a base FMID
  part, so when we come to close APARs similar to these in the
  future the build team will need to told to manually add a
  Acnnnnnn SUP.
