    ****************************************************************
When running the CICS web sample program under CEDX and the CICS
region has storage protection active, a change to the data being
sent out will result in an 0C4 in DFHEDFD. The CICS web sample
program, DFH$WB1A has storage defined as a constant, which when
the attempt to change this storage will result in the abend
because the storage is in the ERDSA.
