PI22546: MESSAGE DFHAC2058 IS RETURNED IN CASE AN UN-AUTHORISED USER RUN CSKP

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After installation of apar PM75842, running CSKP from an
  un-authorised terminal, CICS returns:
  .
  DFHAC2058 A severe error has occurred.  System task CSKP was
  unable to run because program DFHRMXN3 could not be loaded
  .
  
  Before PM75842,running CSKP on an un-authorized terminal,
  abendARM0 was returned.
  There should be a check in DFHACP to avoid the extra diagnostic
  code if the message has been driven only for the DFHAC0233 or
  DFHAC2003 messages.

  In the reported problem, a CSKP transaction was defined to
  use DFHRMXN3 and was RACF protected.  An unauthorised user
  attempted to invoke CSKP and received the following messages:

  DFHXS1111 ( to TDQ CSCS )
  DFHAC2033 ( to terminal end user )
  DFHAC2003 ( to TDQ CSMT )
  DFHAC2058 ( to TDQ CSMT and console ).
                                                                 .
  The first 3 messages are expected given there has been a
  security failure so no attempt is made to load program DFHRMXN3.
  Therefore, message DFHAC2058 is misleading.
