Error description

• While CICS is Short on Storage (SOS) a GETMAIN_FAILURE
  occurs (in this case while processing a SOAP request). As part
  of the recovery from this, an invalid freemain
  is attampted by DFHSMGF resulting in a CICS System dump.

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  During the processing of a Web service request CICS attempts
  to GETMAIN storage to convert the application data into SOAP.
  If the CICS region is SOS and the task is purged residual data
  is moved into an internal pointer incorrectly.  Error
  processing continues and an invalid attempt to FREEMAIN the
  storage is done, this causes the severe error x'0315'.
  

Problem conclusion

• Update DFHPITL so that if the GETMAIN fails for obtaining
  storage the internal pointer is correctly set to 0.
  

Temporary fix

• FIX AVAILABLE BY PTF ONLY
