    ****************************************************************
It is possible when using the MQ Data Conversion that the flag
indicating that the code is still in the conversion routine is
left on when it has exited. This can result in intermittent
    errors indicating MQRC_CALL_IN_PROGRESS invalidly.
    .
When a Java application issues a RETRIEVE QUEUE command, using
the JCICS com.ibm.cics.server.Task retrieve method, it is
possible to get a 0C4 abend, because an attempt is made to
trace out the SET buffer address but this storage is
uninitialised which leads to the abends0C4.

Problem conclusion

  • DFHMQTRU has been changed to ensure the fInDataExit flag is
switched off when the data conversion routine is exited.
The JCICS RETRIEVE QUEUE command has been corrected to no
longer attempt to trace out initialised storage.
