  an abend with the following:

    NAME=EYU9XDUT

  The ADDRESS and OFFSET may be different, but the abend code of
  2050 will be the same.

  The solution provided by UI32339 added a new check to
  ensure that the CPSM Managed Object Services (EYU0MOXT)
  had successfully completed initialisation before allowing
  any Resource Table conversions to continue.
  
  The CPSM Batch Utility EYU9XDUT (XDUT) uses MOXT to convert
  CPSM Resource Tables to the target version (TARGETVER)
  specified in the XDUT job.  MOXT normally runs inside a CMAS,
  and so for batch execution purposes XDUT has to provide a
  simulated CMAS environment prior to calling MOXT. That
  simulated environment did not initialise the DAT Major Object
  Environment block (MOEB) with the appropriate STATUS flag,
  which MOXT now verifies before completing Resource Table
  conversion.
  

Problem conclusion

• Module EYU9XDU1 has now been updated to set the MOEB STATUS
  flag with the BIND value prior to calling EYU0MOXT. This
  ensures that MOXT has no reason to reject its call, and
  Resource Table conversion should continue to normal
  completion.
