DFHISIC, DFHSOAD and DFHWBUR are called to process the install
of an IPCONN, TCPIPSERVICE and URIMAP respectively.

    All 3 modules rely on a bit ( cipher_list_reduced )
to determine if Cipher warning message DFHAM4917 is issued (eg):
                                                                   .
W IPCONN <name> was installed with a reduced set of CIPHER
    codes.
                                                                   .
However, bit cipher_list_reduced is uninitialised and may
contain residual data. When this occurs, the above message
    can be issued in error.

Problem conclusion

  • DFHISIC, DFHSOAD and DFHWBUR have been modified to
    initialise cipher_list_reduced.
