Error description
DFHSM0002 A severe error (code X'030F') has occurred in module DFHSMGF. This is due to a double freemain of the RMOFRMLK during a BACKOUT processing. The CICS RM Resource Manager calls DFHCR2U PERFORM_COMMIT for the APPC session to IMS which fails because the conversation with the remote region has been lost. This the same problem reported in the apar PM68598 and PI48952

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All CICS users. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message DFHSM0002 with code X'030F' is * * issued after message DFHRM0107 reports * * an intersystem communication failure. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** IMS used an LU6.2 connection to start a task in a CICS TOR that was then transaction routed to a CICS AOR. The TOR getmained a RMOFRMLK control block for the LU6.2 connection. The task in the AOR issued a SYNCPOINT ROLLBACK. Backout processing failed in the TOR because the IMS connection was lost. The connection was re-established and a new RMOFRMLK getmained. As part of Recovery Manager TERMINATE_RECOVERY processing, the original RMOFRMLK was freemained. At task termination on the TOR, an attempt was made to freemain the original RMOFRMLK rather than the replacement.
Problem conclusion
The Recovery Manager TERMINATE_RECOVERY code has been changed to reflect the freemain of the original RMOFRMLK. When task termination occurs the replacement RMOFRMLK is freemained.
