  has been issued applying UI38578 (C150), it has a CONDITIONAL
  REQUISITE ++IF FMID JCI680L of PTF UI34291(P115).
  
  PTF UI34291 is for AR115 which is CM for z/OS.

  When attempting to APPLY UI38578 the apply fails with GIM30209E
  and GIM35912I because the PTF contains an invalid PTF number in
  the IFREQs. This results in GIM35912I    CONDITIONAL REQUISITE
  SYSMOD UI34291 WAS MISSING.
  

Problem conclusion

• UI38578
  This APAR ships a dummy change to router.java to supercede
  UI38578 with the correct PTF number UI34219.
