PI71318: EXEC CICS ASKTIME ABSTIME MAY RETURN AN INCORRECT NUMBER OF MILLISECONDS

Error description

• EXEC CICS ASKTIME ABSTIME may return a value where the number
  of millisecond units is less than the value returned by another
  request executed just before it.

  *                      by EXEC CICS ASKTIME ABSTIME may be     *
  *                      lower than the actual value in some     *
  *                      cases.                                  *

  PM61296 changed EXEC CICS ASKTIME ABSTIME to return the time
  in units of milliseconds and not 1/100s of a second. Depending
  on the time at which the command is actioned by CICS, there may
  be a rounding error which causes the millisecond digit to be
  lower than it should be.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHEIDTI has been corrected to ensure that the number of
  milliseconds returned by ASKTIME ABSTIME is always correct.
