APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer applied maintenance for APAR PI60388.  The APAR added
  Program  DFHLEINI to Group DFHMISC.  Unfortunately, the
  associated PTFs (UI42619, UI42620) did not contain a
   ++HOLD  ACTION   to inform customers they must run a
  DFHCSDUP UPGRADE USING(DFHCURDM)

  PI60388 shipped UI42619 and UI42620. These were built in error
  and included the tracking hold data from an earlier SUP'd PTF
  for the instructions to run DFHCURDM and update the CSD. Since
  the PTF was already applied for this earlier APAR, SMP/E did
  not issue th
  e ++HOLD and the customer did not know to run
  DFHCURDM.
