PI76767: CPSM VERBEXIT EYU9D### MAY NOT FORMAT LOCK OWNER/WAITER LIST

Error description

• In some cases, the CPSM IPCS VERBEXIT does not format out the
  CPSM local or global lock owner and waiters. The control blocks
  show that these chains exist, but the formatter does not show
  them. Instead, you will see something like the following:

  In the above output, the HOLD CHAIN and WAIT CHAIN addresses
  are non-zero, so the formatter should be formatting those
  chains, but it does not.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The CPSM IPCS VERBEXIT EYU9D###(### is  *

  *                      holder and wait elements for global     *
  *                      resources when using the LOCKS command. *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: After applying the PTF that resolves this    *
  *                 APAR, rerun the CPSM IPCS VERBEXIT, ensuring *
  *                 that IPCS is accessing the version of the    *
  *                 VERBEXIT updated by the PTF.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  When using EYU9D### with the LOCKS option to list all the locks
  from a CPSM dump, the method EYU0DVLQ (DVLQ - Lock Queue
  Formatter) will be invoked twice, the first time is to format
  local lock resources, the second time is to format global lock
  resources. A flag set during the processing of the local lock
  resources is not re-initialized before DVLQ is called to process
  the global lock resources.  This results in the global lock
  resources not being formatted properly.
  

Problem conclusion

• Method EYU0DVLQ has been updated to clear the flag before
  processing global lock resources.
