PI83935: DFHDM0105 UNSUCCESSFUL INITIALIZATION OF DFHSO DOMAIN. CICS WILL TERMINATE.

Error description

• On a warm start of CICS TS 4.2 a failure to open a TCPIPSERVICE
  (which contains a bad HOST name) leads to :
  DFHDM0105 Unsuccessful initialization of DFHSO domain.
  CICS will terminate.
  The dump shows the following trace entries :

  Previously during a COLD start, the attempt to install and
  open the same TCPIPSERVICE lead to message :
  DFHAM4907 W IYCKZCFK Opening TCPIPSERVICE HTTPNSSL
  has failed because the host is not known.
  DFHSO0101I IYCKZCFK Sockets domain initialization
  has ended.
  ...but CICS COLD started successfully.

  During the WARM start, it would be more desirable for CICS
  to issue a message identifying the cause of the error
  ( to indicate that CICS was using a bad HOST name) and
  for CICS not to terminate.

  A startup of CICS may fail with a DFHDM0105 because the socket
  domain fails initialization. This failure occurs when an
  installation of a TCPIPSERVICE resource failed because the
  hostname was unknown. This TCPIPSERVICE resource is still
  catalog'd with a status of OPEN. On the CICS restart this
  resource is recovered from the catalog and because it has a
  status of OPEN a REGISTER is attempted. This REGISTER fails with
  exception, unknown host. This exception is not handled and a
  severe error is issued and CICS terminates.

• This APAR is being closed FIN with concurrence from the
  submitting customer.  This means that a fix to this APAR is
  expected to be delivered from IBM in a release which is being
  developed at the time that the APAR was closed.
