  • Customer has a program in a TOR which starts 16 transactions to
16 AORs. The START is issued with TERMID SYSID. The first
iteration is successful the following 15 iterations return
INVREQ RESP2=200.

A CICS DPL or EXCI server program issues
EXEC CICS START TRANSID() TERMID()
to start a transaction in a remote region.
CICS incorrectly rejects the command with EIBRESP=INVREQ,
EIBRESP2=200, and the application task is abended with
abend code ADPL.
