• When the GCD fills up after control is given to CICS, message

  Once control has been given to CICS, if it attempts to write
  a record to the CICS catalog and receives a "No Space" response
  from VSAM then message DFHCC0203 is issued, but a dump will not
  be produced if the CICS region is not configured with a
  SYSDUMPCODE/SYDUMPCODE of CC0203.

Problem conclusion

• The CICS Catalog Domain has been enhanced to ensure that a
  system dump with the dumpcode of CCVNOSP is taken on the first
  occurrence of a catalog "No Space" condition.
  The following text will be added to the CICS Knowledge Center
  in the "System Dump Codes" section:
  CCVNOSP
  This dump along with the DFHCC0203 message is provided for
  diagnostic purposes when a "no space" response is received
  from VSAM while attempting to write a catalog record.
