Error description

• When a transaction executes an EXEC CICS ENQ, this includes a
  MVS ENQ. When tracing this MVS ENQ entry and exit we are
  formatting the rcode incorrectly. Here is an example of a
  incorrect format:

Problem conclusion

• DFHNQNQ has been changed to only trace only the the relevant
  byte of the ENQ return code.
