The embedded CICS TS Liberty JVM server requires an upgrade of
WebSphere Application Server Liberty to Version 17.0.0.4.

based on WebSphere Application Server Liberty Version 17.0.0.4.

In addition, the following WebSphere Application Server Liberty
APAR fixes have been incorporated into the CICS Liberty JVM

PI91500 - GetUserPrincipal().Getname() returns incorrect data
