PI98678: CICS TEMP STORAGE QUEUE LENGTH INCORRECT IN TS QUEUE CONTROL BLOCK

Error description

• You are reviewing the queue length of Temporary Storage queues
  in a dump, and find that the queue length is incorrect. It's
  most notable if its reported as extremely large, and exceeds
  the size you've limited TSMAIN to by way of TSMAINLIMIT.

  For example, you may have SIT parm TSMAINLIMIT set to 100M, and
  in a dump formatted with

  you notice a queue reported as:

  The size, 962560K is obviously larger that TSMAINLIMIT. The
  problem is the queue size, kept in the TS Queue Control Block,
  has been corrupted.

  Investigation of TS queues using the dump formatter can show
  queues of sizes much larger than TSMAIN limit. This happens
  when a recovery path is taken and DFHTSQU restores the
  queue length incorrectly.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHTSQU has been changed to calculate the queue length correctly
  in request_recovery for rewrites and put_replaces.
