Error description

• You are attempting to set up JSON RESTful Web Services support
  for the first time ever in your CICS environment.  It is
  failing with the following msgs:
  .
  DFHSJ0216  <jvmserver>  A call to CELQPIPI with
    function code INIT_SUB has failed.
    (Return code - X'00000000').
  .
  DFHSJ0210  An attempt to start a JVM for the
    JVMSERVER resource <jvmserver> has failed. Reason code:
    ENCLAVE_INIT_FAILED.
  .
  .
  Issue IP VERBX LEDATA 'CAA(Caa ptr)DSA(Dsa ptr) ALL' for the
  running task. In the LEDATA output, see the errors in POOL 6
  .
  Summary of analysis for Pool 6:

Local fix

Problem summary

  *                      issued when starting an AXIS2 JVM       *
  *                      server with SJ level 4 tracing active.  *
  ****************************************************************
  When an Axis2 JVM server is starting up with SJ level 4 tracing
  enabled, DFHSJSC does not handle long trace messages correctly,
  message DFHSJ0216 is issued and this may lead to an unexpected
  storage overlay and the JVM fails to initialise.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHSJSC has been changed to handle long trace messages
  correctly.
