Error description
A Web Service request gets message DFHRZ0205 although DSRTPGM(NONE) was specified. The trace shows that RZRT2 is trying to load a program "NONE" which is resulting in a program not loadable exception. The reason why DFHRZ0205 is being issued is because RC DFHRZRTRDAT (DFHDYPDS) has been received with a DYRFUNC of 6. By the time that the router gets called, DYRFUNC got changed to a 5. It appears that it wasn't checked if a DSRTPGM program was specified or not.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All CICS users with PI94867. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHRZ0205 issued when a Web Service * * transaction is defined DYNAMIC(YES) * * but DSRTPGM=NONE is coded in the * * SIT. * **************************************************************** A CICS region acting as a web service provider. A handler program in the PIPELINE has caused a context switch to occur. A new task was created and joined to the original task using request streams. The new task, transaction ID was defined, DYNAMIC(YES) and REMOTESYSTEM(XXXX). The Distributed Routing Program was called with DYRFUNC 0 (Route Select), DYROPTER was set to Y (re-invoke the router). The Distributed Routing Program was called again with DYRFUNC 6 (The transaction has been routed to the target). DYROPTER was set to Y (re-invoke the router) by the router program. The transaction gets routed to remotesystem XXXX including DFHRZRTRDAT (DFHDYPDS) with a DYRFUNC of 6. . In the remote region, XXXX, the DFHSIT parameter DSRTPGM=NONE was specified. A requeststream task was started. During task start up DFHRZTCX BIND_XM_CLIENT was called. DYRFUNC was changed to 5 (Transaction is starting in the target region) before calling the Distributed Routing Program. The call to the Distributed Routing Program failed with DFHRZ0205, 'The call to invoke the Distributed Routing Program, NONE, has failed. The program was not loadable.'
Problem conclusion
UI55629 UI55630 UI53949 UI53950 DFHRZRTX has been modified so the distributed routing program is not called for route_initiate or route_terminate when DSRTPGM=NONE is specified in the SIT.
