Error description

• first use of 'exec cics web read formfield' causes DFHCCNV to be
  called for a codepage conversion. the EIBFN gets overlaid with
  X'0202'

  EIBFN is overlaid during the processing of an EXEC CICS
  WEB READ FORMFIELD command due to EXEC CICS
  commands issued by DFHCCNV.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHCCNVG has been altered so that the exec environment will
  be stacked on the call of DFHCCNV from routine convert_form.
  

Temporary fix

• FIX AVAILABLE BY PTF ONLY
