Error description
You are getting message DFHSM0002 severe error code 0305 in module DFHSMGF. This is preceded by a SEND MAP which fails because the template is not found. DHTM *EXC* MEMBER_NOT_FOUND DHTM EXIT ADD_REPLACE_DOCTEMPLATE/EXCEPTION The HANDLE ABEND does a EXEC CICS SEND ERASE. This causes DFHWBTCC to be called where the FREEMAIN error occurs trying to delete the HTML_BUF which was never getmained.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message DFHSM0002 (code x'0305') is * * issued when processing a SEND ERASE * * over the CICS 3270 Web Bridge. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** MSGDFHSM0002 error code 0305 is issued when processing a SEND FROM ERASE over the web bridge. This is due to an invalid freemain of HTML_BUF storage out of DFHWBTCC. The address and length of HTML_BUF storage are both 0. The failing SEND FROM ERASE has been preceded by an earlier SEND MAP by the same task which failed with ABENDABM0 because there was no HTML template for the map. This SEND MAP allocated an output element block which is being deleted by the subsequent SEND FROM ERASE. DFHWBTCC assumes that the output element block always points to an HTML_BUF block but this isn't true if the SEND MAP failed to generate any HTML. ADDITIONAL KEYWORDS :- ABM0
Problem conclusion
DFHWBTCC has been changed so that it only freemains an HTML_BUF when one has been allocated.
