PK16206: CALLS TO A CICS-MANAGED DATA TABLE ARE ONLY ACCUMULATED FOR LOCA L FILES

Error description

• After migrating to CICS TS 2.3, the number of file requests made
  to a CICS-managed Data Table are not accurately being counted if
  the file is remote.  If a task is reading a remote data table
  (ie. only file activity is a READ), a CSMI task will not be
  attached in the FOR and therefore no UOW to correlate back to
  the task.  If the task is doing WRITEs, ADDs, or UPDATES, the
  CSMI task is attached and a UOW is created.

  Calls to Shared Data Tables are only accumulated in monitoring
  fields when accessed in the file owning region.
  
  DFHFCDTS updates the monitoring counts for local files only,
  assuming that the counts for remote files will be updated in
  the FOR. However, if the file is a shared data table (SDT),
  some requests such as BROWSE and READ may be executed locally,
  even if the SDT is defined as remote. In that case the
  monitoring count fields are never updated.
