Error description

• After displaying a remote program definition using the CEMT
  command, if you either insert blanks after the REM(xxxx)
  parameter and press ENTER, or in the expanded display, blank out
  the Runtime(         ) parameter and press ENTER, you will
  receive the DFHAC2206 Transaction CEMT failed with abend AEXZ.

  After displaying a remote program definition via CEMT, if
  blanks are inserted after the REM(xxxx) parameter or in the
  expanded display, the RUNTIME parameter is blanked out,
  after pressing ENTER, CEMT will abend AEXZ. The same problem
  will occur with any attempt to change the runtime parameters
  for a remote program via an EXEC CICS SET PROGRAM command.

Problem conclusion

• DFHPGIS is changed to check if the RUNTIME parameter has been
  modified for a remote program, if so an INVREQ with a RESP2
  value of 17 is issued. In CEMT this is displayed with a
  'NOT FOR REMOTE' message.
