Error description

• The HVA (HVALUE) is missing for a EXEC CICS WAIT EVENT on a
  subsequent CEMT I TASK output.

  CEMT INQUIRE TASK fails to display the value provided in the
  NAME parameter of an EXEC CICS WAIT EVENT instruction from an
  application program. Instead, it displays Hvalue(), while Htype
  has a value of EKCWAIT.

Problem conclusion

• DFHEKC has been altered to pass the correct resource name to
  Dispatcher domain from an EXEC CICS WAIT EVENT.
