APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Several locations in the code for CICS Service Flow Feature will
  make EXEC CICS ENTER TRACENUM calls and receive an INVREQ
  response with RESP2 = 3.  This indicates that user tracing is
  not active.
  

Local fix

• Turn Internal Tracing and User Tracing on.

  tracing turned off, all EXEC CICS ENTER TRACENUM statements
  encountered within the IVP program abend AEIP.

Problem conclusion

• DFHMADPL, DFHMADPP and DFHMAIVP have been changed to add the
  NOHANDLE operand to all TRACENUM commands.
