Error description

• An additional transaction dump may be taken if a DFHPEP program
  links to an exec cics enabled COBOL program that runs with the
  Language Environment.

  If the DFHPEP links to an EXEC level LE-conforming program
  during abend processing, then an additional transaction
  dump will be produced on termination of the LE-conforming
  program.This can also happen with a transaction that runs
  an LE-conforming program which EXEC CICS LINKs to another
  LE-conforming program that subsequently abends.
