Error description
Entering CEDA E G(groupname) with profile DFHCICST of CEDA set to UCTRAN=NO, a message error"S groupid does not contain namid" where nameid is returned in uppercase; lowercase is expected. UCTRAN gets switched off when CEDA is entered based on the DFHCICST profile, and only a lowercase v gets received. CEDA itself is then building the command to be processed. CEDA code must be uppercasing the transaction id before locating it in the CSD and that uppercasing seems to be based on the original UCTRAN setting for the terminal, which is UCTRAN=YES.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Resources defined with mixed case names * * cannot be installed when the command is * * entered against the resource from * * within a CEDA display. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** A transaction resource has been defined with a lower case name. The group in which the transaction was defined is then expanded on a terminal that has UCTRAN set on. From the expanded display, 'I' is entered against the transaction to install it but the command fails with message S XXXX does not contain XXXX. This is because the transaction name, which can be mixed case, is being uppercased by CEDA and so cannot be found when the CSD is searched. Mixed case resource names should only be folded ( uppercased ) if the command is entered from the command line. The same error will occur if ALTER, COPY, DELETE, MOVE, RENAME, or VIEW are entered against resources that allow mixed case names.
Problem conclusion
UK11295 DFHEIN23 has been changed so as not to FOLD ( uppercase ) resource names that can be mixed case if a command is entered against the resource from within CEDA.
