Error description

• Customer running an application, receives the following message:
  DFHIR3788 12/14/2006 11:12:31  Unexpected failure
            (return code=X'0000006C', reason code=X'00000000')
            trying to establish connection to system XXXX
  This is as a result of CRNP trying to do a CONNECT to system
  XXXX and getting back a return code 0000006C.
  .
  Backing up in trace in a dump taken at the time of this
  message, there was an earlier error.

  The transaction   is in backout processing when this occurred.
  The return code 0000000C indicates:
      IRERRINE            Environment incorrect
  This is due to running on an L8 TCB, and not the QR TCB.  All
  terminal related activity should execute on the QR TCB.

  A SOAP request is processed which involves remote file access.
  The conversion of the response results in a failure which
  causes a backout to be issued. Backout processing must be
  performed on the QR TCB. In this case backout was
  performed on an L8 TCB and this resulted in a failure of the
  connection to the remote system, eventually giving message
  DFHIR3788.
  If the backout succeeds, a different problem may occur.
  The backout is issued on an L8 TCB. However, the latter stages
  of backout processing cause a switch to the QR TCB. When
  control is returned to DFHPITP after the backout there is a
  switch to ABTERM_ALLOWED(YES). A CICS task should never execute
  in ABTERM_ALLOWED(YES) on the QR TCB.
  DFHPITP now issues an EXEC CICS SOAPFAULT CREATE. If the task
  is suspended while processing this command it leads to message
  DFHDS0002 with code 0204.
