    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: CICS attempts to obtain an *
    *                      exceptionally large DFHWS-USERID        *
    *                      container when WS-Trust is being        *
    *                      used.                                   *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The WS-Trust client is being used and CICS attempts to set
    up the DFHWS-USERID container. The length of the userid
    is not initialised, so the amount of storage getmained
    for this container is random and usually excessively large.

Problem conclusion

  • DFHPITC has been changed so that it correctly initialises the
    length of the USERID before attempting to set up the
    DFHWS-USERID container.
