Error description

• When using the CICS dump formatter DFHPD650 to format the
  Storage manager domain ( SM= 3 ) using IPCS ( batch or online )
  the customer receives message DFHPD0123.

  *                      formatter receives the following        *
  *                      message 'DFHPD0123 A program check has  *
  *                      occurred while processing keyword SM'.  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When formatting a CICS system dump using the CICS IPCS Verbexit
  and the parameter SM=3 the formatter may suffer a program check.
  This is because it is trying to format a SUA control block. The
  formatting of the SUA requires a call to the routine BIN_TO_HEX8
  but this call is incorrect because it has an invalid third
  parameter which results in the corruption of a Register Save
  Area and this results in a wild branch into non-executable code
  and so the formatter suffers an abend 0C1.

Problem conclusion

• DFHSMDUF has been changed to correct the call to routine
  BIN_TO_HEX8 by removing the incorrect third parameter.
