  IEW2470E 9511 ORDERED SECTION DFH$PIEX NOT FOUND IN MODULE.

  IEW2648E 5111 ENTRY DFH$PIEX IS NOT A CSECT OR AN EXTERNAL NAME
  IN THE MODULE

  *                      newly installed CICS, msgIEW2470E and   *
  *                      msgIEW2648E are produced and the apply  *
  *                      fails.                                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The PTF of APAR PK56097, UK33060, contains a new sample CICS
  global user exit DFH$PIEX. Also included was JCLIN for DFH$PIEX
  which, if the PTF is applied during CICS installation , causes
  SMP/E to try and assemble and bind DFH$PIEX. The JCLIN states
  that DFHEAI and DFHEAI0 should be included to produce the load
  module but, since  these were not provided with UK33060 and
  the CICS installation is new, they can't be found and the apply
  fails.

Problem conclusion

• UK33060
  The content of PK56097 is being re-shipped via this APAR, but
  with DFHEAI0 and DFHEAI so that DFH$PIEX assembles and binds
  correctly.
