*                      invoke a Java program from a            *
*                      sequential terminal.                    *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
A sequential terminal is being used to run transactions at CICS
startup. One transaction attempts to invoke a Java program.
This results in message DFHCZ0299 being issued indicating that a
'NewObject()' call in DTCTask.c failed.
The call failed because it was expecting a netname which is not
applicable for a sequential terminal.

Problem conclusion


    

  • DTCTask has been changed so the netname is no longer required
for a sequential terminal.
