    ****************************************************************
When using a CICS system with transaction isolation and
DFHTRAP is active, it is possible for the DSTCB or XM
system tasks to issue trace calls and so drive DFHTRPT.
If the previous task had been in a subspace, these tasks
    can inherit their subspace environment.
DFHTRPT does an INQ_SUBSPACE_ENVIRONMENT call to determine
if a switch to basespace is required before invoking DFHTRAP,
but this incorrectly reports that the task is already in
    basespace.
This means that DFHTRAP is called in the subspace of the
original task. Depending upon the way the trap is written,
potential references to storage in other subspaces can result in
    program checks or protection exceptions.

Problem conclusion

  • DFHTRPT has been changed to always make the switch back to
basespace if the task that is issuing the trace call
is a system task, that is, it does not have an SMX.
