Error description

• The user has entered a preference file name into CADP, but it is
  being ignored because the user has also requested that the
  profile should be activated and should communicate using "TCP".

  The original design of CADP was not to pass a preference file
  to a remote debugger connected via TCP. This restriction has
  now been lifted.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHAPLI will pass the preference file name in the string to LE
  when invoking a remote debugger.
  

Temporary fix
