Error description

• CICS region is getting S0C9 in DFH$STCN at x'1EA'. The 'S'
  Stopwatch format option is failing due to value in TCTFX x'60c'
  is TIMESTAMP value instead of STOPWATCH value. The failing
  instruction is 5D20 C2AC .

  When reporting on remote terminal statistics using DFH0STAT, an
  abend 0C9 may occur in DFH$STCN or the 'Total idle time awaiting
  reuse' may be reported as an unpredictable value. This is caused
  by a timestamp value being stored in the TCT prefix instead of
  an elapsed time value. The value is too large to be processed
  by DFH$STCN, so the abend or incorrect output occurs.

Problem conclusion

• DFHBSTZ1 and DFHBSTZ2 have been changed to store an elapsed time
  in the TCT prefix field TCTV_TOTAL_IDLETIME instead of a
  timestamp.
